How to Spot Horrible Cells

Ummmm.... something is amiss here....

LOOK AT THAT CRITERIA OF MALIGNANCY! 😲

I have this case saved in my "horrible looking cells" folder on my computer, which unfortunately doesn't have any attached clinical info. So, I have no idea if this was a cat, dog, chupacabra, or where it came from. But what I do know is it 👏is👏 terrifyyyying👏! 

I also know it is carcinoma because the cells are cohesive (epithelial), and there is enough atypia to call it malignant. 

What criteria of malignancy do you see?
