Uh oh...a dog with post-op lameness π

This is a dog who re-presented to his vet after the owner noticed increasing lameness post-surgery for a cranial cruciate rupture repair.
On exam, the stifle joint was red, painful, and the incision was oozing. They aspirated the joint and this is what we saw.
